Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Review Specialist to ensure
accurate and timely case determinations through effective
communication and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
Process cases and maintain clinical documentation for timely
determinations
Intake pre-authorization requests and facilitate case discussions
with clinical staff
Request and manage medical records from providers as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred
A minimum of 2-4 years of administrative or customer service
experience required
Knowledge in pre-authorizations and health insurance client
services preferred
Experience working remotely and independently
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
