Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nicotine Cessation Specialist to
assist individuals seeking help to stop using tobacco or nicotine
products.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming Quit line calls and provide coaching and support
for goal setting
Document calls and respond to messages, distributing cessation
materials and referral information
Participate in updating cessation information and complete
follow-ups on missed calls
Required Qualifications and Education
Must live in the continental U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
Must have 3 or more years of experience in health and wellness
coaching or customer service
Must be a non-smoker
National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) clearance
required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
