Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate VP, Brokerage Sales to
lead sales initiatives and manage agent recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and agent
recruitment
Oversee the transition of agents into the brokerage sales
channel
Manage a team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive sales
and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of relevant technical experience
5 or more years of people management experience
Must have or be able to obtain Health & Life Insurance licenses
Preferred: Master's degree and Medicare or insurance industry
experience
