Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bariatric RN Case Manager -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for members seeking
Bariatric surgery
Conduct assessments and coordinate ongoing care with healthcare
providers
Document member progress and ensure compliance with medical
guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
3+ years of experience in a hospital setting managing complex
cases
Ability to work until 8:00pm at least one night per week
Access to high-speed internet and a designated workspace from
home
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
